The Wiki Made Me Scared of All Chews?

I bring home my toy poodle puppy in two months and I'm trying to figure out the best/safest chews. The Wiki is SUPER helpful but it almost made me feel like every option is bad haha.

For those with small breeds, what toys/chews have you found at best? Thanks!
